Eric Driskell

Eric Driskell is a founding partner of Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC. He is a native of Texas and graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a BA in History in 1998 and obtained his law degree from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio in 2001. Eric Driskell focuses his practice in the areas of family law and personal injury. His family law practice includes representing Fathers in divorce, custody, child support, post decree modifications, and restraining orders. In addition, Mr. Driskell engages in an avid personal injury practice including automobile accidents, ski accidents and medical malpractice. Eric Driskell is a member of Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. Mr. Driskell is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal Courts in Colorado and Arkansas. Mr. Driskell is a regular volunteer for 9News’ Lawline Nine and Mr. Driskell is on several nonprofit Boards of Trustees. Mr. Driskell’s practice of law follows his life’s motto, which is to ensure that his name and practice of law is upheld to the highest of standards. “The only thing that I truly own in this world is my name and what it stands for”. Anytime Eric Driskell places his name on a pleading or a letter of representation it is done so with the same high standard as he places on his reputation and name.

Patrick Fitz-Gerald

Patrick Fitz-Gerald is a founding member of Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC. He grew up in the Denver area, graduated from J.K. Mullen and the University of Colorado before going on to obtain his J.D. from the University of Denver in 2005. After working for the Jefferson County District Attorney as a Deputy D.A. he left to form Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray in 2009.

“I really do believe that 95% of the people who find themselves accused of crimes are good, hard-working, honest people who just had a bad day,” said Fitz-Gerald. “Those people need someone who knows the system to fight for them, to guide them through the confusing world of criminal law, and to get them back to their normal lives as quickly and efficiently as possible.”

Scott Ray

Scott Ray was admitted to practice law in Colorado in October of 2003 and the United States Federal Court for the District of Colorado in 2005. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BA in History in 2000 before moving to Denver to attend the University of Denver Law School that same year. Scott Ray has practiced in the areas of water rights, personal injury, construction law, and general civil litigation as well as family law.

Since forming Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC, Scott Ray has focused his practice in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury, ski accidents, and construction law while expanding his family law practice to include divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, custody and post-decree modifications. Scott Ray volunteers for 9News, the Denver County Department of Human Services, the University Park Community Council, the Metro Volunteer Lawyers, and the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.
